Original Medicare (Part A & Part B) — We are a participating Medicare provider. You pay only your standard copay and deductible.
Medicare Advantage PPO Plans — We accept most Medicare Advantage PPO plans. Call us to verify your specific plan.
Medicaid — We accept Nevada Medicaid, including HPN Medicaid, Silver Summit Health Plan, and Amerigroup.

Annual Wellness Visit — Medicare covers a free Annual Wellness Visit each year. This is your opportunity to review your health, update screenings, and create a personalized prevention plan with Dr. Muthaiah.
Welcome to Medicare Visit — New to Medicare? Your initial preventive physical exam is covered within your first 12 months of enrollment. We'll establish your health baseline and create a care plan.
Chronic Care Management — If you have multiple chronic conditions, Medicare covers ongoing care management services. Dr. Muthaiah will coordinate all aspects of your care.
Preventive Screenings — Medicare covers many preventive services at no cost, including cardiovascular screenings, diabetes screenings, cancer screenings, flu shots, and more. We help you take full advantage of your Medicare benefits.
Diagnostic Testing — EKG, cardiac stress tests, lab work, X-rays, ultrasound, bone density scans, and more — all available in our office and covered under your Medicare plan.
